Brooklyn creates characters, through performing or writing. She is a consummate professional bringing infectious energy and charisma to any project or role she tackles. Her essence is magnetic in whatever character she embodies - whether portraying a terrified kidnap victim, angst-ridden teenager or comedic heroine. A welcome surprise is her natural ability to inject an effortless zing of humor into a performance.

 

Brooklyn's work spans film, stage, and voice-over. Her skillset allows her to portray an impressive range of characters. Most notably, she has shared the screen with Jessica Sula (Skins, Split) as well as played lead Shakespeare characters such as Helena (All's Well That Ends Well) and Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing). Additionally, she also finds it very rewarding to create devised theatre focusing on current social and community issues, such as anti-semitism, climate change and counterculture. She is committed to delivering performances that resonate with a wide variety of audiences.

Brooklyn is in her final year pursuing a BFA in Acting at The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago. When she is not busy working she enjoys going to the gym, reading, watching as much theatre as possible and practicing her 75% vegan diet.
